Date & demand
Day of week, season, lead time and alternate-date flexibility.

Planning & pricing
Receive a proposal based on your date, spaces, event duration, setup needs, rooms and confirmed venue inclusions. Samruddhi does not need misleading Silver, Gold or Platinum labels.
A more honest quote
A reception, a two-part wedding and a corporate annual day can occupy the same venue in completely different ways. Their timing, access, utilities, rooms and production demands are not interchangeable.
The previous website displayed generic bundled prices and unverified inclusions. This redesign removes them. A world-class sales process should show what changes the quote and then provide a clear, date-specific proposal.
Ask for all commercial terms in writing, including taxes, deposits, payment schedule, cancellation conditions, damage/security terms, overtime and what the venue does not provide.

What a useful proposal should show
Before paying a deposit, the commercial proposal or agreement should make the following items easy to understand.
Availability enquiry
The fastest route to a useful quote is a complete brief. Share the date, event type, guest range and spaces you are considering.
