Where is Samruddhi Conventions & Lawns located?
Samruddhi is at 5-52/1, Indra Reddy Nagar, Near Janwada Village, Hyderabad, Telangana 500075. It is in the Janwada–Gandipet corridor of west Hyderabad, around 20 minutes from Gachibowli, 15 minutes from Kokapet and 20 minutes from Narsingi.
Does Samruddhi have both indoor and outdoor spaces?
Yes. The venue includes a 25,000 sq ft air-conditioned indoor hall and landscaped outdoor lawns. Final space allocation depends on the booking and event plan.
How many guests can Samruddhi accommodate?
The air-conditioned hall seats 1,500 guests, or 3,000 in a floating format. Royal Imperium Gardens comfortably holds 5,000 guests, and The Courtyard holds up to 300. Combined indoor–outdoor layouts can go further—share your expected range so the venue team can respond against a realistic layout.
Are guest rooms available at the venue?
Samruddhi has 8 air-conditioned guest suites. Availability, room allocation and access timings are confirmed as part of the event proposal.
Is parking available?
The venue has on-site parking. Vehicle mix, valet, buses and peak arrival planning should be discussed for larger events.
How do I check availability and pricing?
Send the event type, preferred date, approximate guest range and preferred setting by WhatsApp or phone. Pricing is provided as a date-specific proposal rather than a generic public package.
Can I schedule a venue visit?
Yes. Samruddhi is open 9 AM – 9 PM, every day and visits do not require an appointment, though calling ahead helps the team be ready for you. Bringing your planner, decorator or production lead can make the walkthrough more useful.
Can outside vendors work at the venue?
Yes. Outside decorators and outside caterers are both welcome, with early check-in available for both. Share your proposed vendors during the enquiry so access windows and responsibilities can be confirmed in writing before booking.
What is the rain plan for an outdoor event?
The fallback depends on the event size, indoor availability and production plan. Agree the weather decision timeline, alternate layout and vendor responsibilities before finalizing an outdoor event.
Does the venue provide catering, décor or audiovisual production?
Service arrangements and approved vendors should be confirmed directly for your event. This website does not make a blanket in-house or all-inclusive claim.
Is Samruddhi suitable for corporate events?
The venue may be considered for annual days, town halls, launches, recognition programs, dinners and other large-format corporate gatherings, subject to the production brief.
